These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Varsha website, Android application (package in.varsha.ai), and related services (together, “Varsha”, “we”, “us”). By downloading the app, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Varsha is an AI companion chat product. It generates replies using software. It does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic) and is not a substitute for emergency help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Varsha. You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in and for keeping your device secure.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is through Google. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, harass systems, or violate these Terms.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Android app for your own entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse the service, or use it to build a competing product.

5. User content

You retain rights in the messages you send. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate the chat, memory, and support features. Do not send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You are responsible for what you type.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Free use is limited as described on the Pricing / In-App Products page. Premium is a paid auto-renewing subscription at ₹299 / month. Prices and renewal cadence are shown in-app at checkout and on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, message limits, and character behaviour may change as we improve the product.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Varsha is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹299, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
