Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to in-app Premium purchases for Varsha. Free use of the app does not involve a payment and therefore has nothing to refund.

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel Premium at any time from the app: open Profile and choose Cancel plan.
• Cancellation stops future autopay. It does not delete your account.
• You keep Premium until the end of the current paid period. After that date, unlimited chat and Premium media are locked and the daily free allowance applies again.
• There is no extra cancellation fee.

2. Auto-renewal

Premium renews at ₹299 / month until you cancel. Renewal terms are shown in the app before you pay.

3. Refunds

Varsha sells digital access (AI chat). Once Premium is activated, the period is generally non-refundable and we do not prorate unused days after you cancel.

We will refund or reverse a charge when:

• A payment was duplicated by error.
• You were charged after a cancellation had already taken effect for that period.
• The payment succeeded at the bank but Premium was not granted, and we cannot restore access.
• Razorpay or the issuing bank requires a reversal of a failed or disputed transaction.

Refunds, when approved, are sent back through the original payment method (UPI / Razorpay or Google Play). Bank timelines are typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email saiflll284@gmail.com with your Google account email, approximate payment time, amount, and UPI / Razorpay / Play reference if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Google Play purchases

If you paid through Google Play, Play’s refund rules may also apply. You can request a refund from Google Play as well as contacting us.
