This Privacy Policy explains how Varsha (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, Android app (in.varsha.ai), and paid features. By using Varsha you consent to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account: Google sign-in identifiers, name, email, and profile image provided by Google.
• Contact for payments: mobile number you enter for UPI / Razorpay checkout.
• Chat and memory: messages you send, replies generated for you, and memory items you add or that the service stores to personalise chat.
• Usage: daily message counts, Premium status, device identifiers needed to run the app, and basic diagnostics.
• Payments: subscription status, plan, and payment references. Card or UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay or Google Play — we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To operate chat, memory, media, and quota.
• To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and invoices.
• To prevent abuse, debug outages, and improve the product.
• To respond to support requests you send to us.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Google — authentication.
• Razorpay — checkout, UPI Autopay mandates, invoices, and webhooks.
• Google Play — if you pay through Play Billing.
• Infrastructure providers that host the API, database, and this website.
• Authorities when required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

Account, chat, and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, dispute, and security reasons. You may ask us to delete your account by emailing support.

5. Your choices

• Clear chat or manage memory inside the app where those controls exist.
• Cancel Premium in the app; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by writing to saiflll284@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, server-side payment keys). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children

Varsha is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
